Rays of Hope Hospice Jinja team consists of 33 skilled and compassionate clinical, social, and administrative staff and volunteers who deliver quality services to patients and their families in a respectful and supportive manner.

 

Human resources recruitment and performance management are conducted professionally, and the involvement and management of volunteers are handled with expertise. 

 

Capacity building is given very high priority across various cadres. Innovation and creative thinking are encouraged and supported at all levels of the organization.
